Raw video files auto-delete after 7 days. We keep the small text records (AI annotations, milestones, recaps) for the life of the account so the progress profile is preserved.

Yes. Settings → Family → Skaters → Delete. Removes that skater's profile, lessons, and milestones. Your account stays.

No. SkateMarks generates per-second annotations as candidate observations — your coach reviews and confirms or rejects them. The coach is always the author of milestones; AI is a draft layer.

Their access ends immediately. They lose the ability to see new uploads or add milestones. Past milestones they authored stay on the skater's profile (attributed to them) — you can hide them from the public share view.

Yes. You can bind multiple coaches per skater (e.g. a primary coach + a jump specialist). Each sees lessons + milestones; only one is marked as primary for invoice routing.

Yes — by email and in your coach inbox, with the parent's stated reason (if they provided one).
